The politics of austerity are driving environmental destruction and deepening inequality on a planetary scale, and mass movements have formed all over the globe to resist it. From Quebec to Greece to Chile to South Africa - millions are rising up against austerity. Let's join them. Let's unite our movements in south-western Ontario and join the global uprising against Austerity!

On June 13th activists and organisers from across southwestern Ontario are invited to converge in Guelph for a day of strategizing sessions and a large assembly to come up with objectives and plans for resisting the austerity agenda together. This will be followed by tactical trainings, educationals, and a keynote panel focused on how austerity affects us all and why we must resist.

Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to host a edcuational or training, book a booth or table, or if your organization can endorse, sponsor, or otherwise support this event.
